Q: What is the minimum order quantity of your company?

Our company offers our customers to order any quantity of the packaging they want.

Q: What is the production time?

Usually, it takes 7 to 12 business days for production. For an earlier completion of your production, opt for a rush order, which takes 4 to 5 business days.

Q: Can I order a free 3D sample before proceeding?

Of course! We offer free 3D samples before placing your order. If you are satisfied with our printing, then we will proceed further with the production.

Q: Do colors appear different on screen and in the printed packaging?

Colors are created by mixing ink. But on the other hand, colors seen on screen are created by light. The material and the printer quality can also impact the outcome.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.

Price & Quotation

Q: How can I decrease the pricing of the packaging?

You can get lower prices by ordering bulk quantities of the packaging. Pricing is also decided by various factors such as size, shape & style of the box.

Q: Shall I pay for plates or die charges?

Obviously not! You do not have to pay any charges for plates or dies. We also assure you that there are no hidden charges.

Q: Does printing on the inside of the box cost more?

Of course! There can be a 25—50% increase in cost depending on the packaging type.

Q: Is Pantone printing more expensive?

Absolutely! Pantone printing is more expensive. As a standard, we quote prices based on CMYK printing.

Q: Which currencies do you accept?

We accept various formats such as USD, CAD, and GBP.

Design & Artwork

Q: Can I design the artwork for my boxes?

Of course! You can use our design assistance. Just send your brand logo, catchy graphics, and other branding details, and we will design your concept into reality.

Q: Can I provide my artwork & design?

Of course! We offer full freedom to provide your artwork and design.

Q: In what format should I submit my artwork?

You can submit your artwork, logo, and graphics in a dieline file (PDF or AI format), editable in Adobe Illustrator.

Q: What is the difference between CMYK and Pantone?

CMYK mixes four colors for printing, while Pantone uses specific colors for consistency.

Q: What are the different materials available here?

We offer various materials in varying thicknesses. Some of them are as follows:

Q: Is it possible to print inside the box?

Yes! If you want to print inside the packaging, we can do so!

Q: How does biodegradable differ from compostable?

Biodegradable packaging undergoes decomposition in the presence of microorganisms. On the other hand, compostable packaging decomposes under similar conditions, typically within a fixed period of 90 days.

Q: What is embossing?

The embossing creates raised all printed elements on the packaging.

Q: What is debossing?

The debossing adds the depth, depressed, or indented appeal to the packaging.

Q: What is Spot UV?

It is a specialized printing technique that adds a raised coating to specific areas of a printed surface.

Q: What is a soft touch?

Soft touch gives your packaging a velvety appearance to the printed graphics to give a soft touch.

Q: What is aqueous coating?

Aqueous coating is a fast-drying, water-based coating used to protect printed materials.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

Your order will be delivered within 7 to 12 business days after the production is completed.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping to the whole global.

Q: How will my packaging be delivered to me?

We will ship the orders in individual shipping cartons to the customers’ addresses.
