Return and Refund Policy

At Expert Custom Boxes, we specialize in creating customized products based on client specifications. While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, the following return and refund guidelines apply:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept:

  • Returns for defective or incorrect products
  • Exchanges for eligible items

2. Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must:

  • Be new, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Show no signs of use or damage caused by the customer

3. Return Window

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery.
