Return and Refund Policy

At Expert Custom Boxes, we provide high quality, fully customized packaging solutions for every unique business needs. We ensure customer satisfaction and confidence with every purchase. We make our return and refund process as clear and seamless as possible.

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted. By placing an order with Expert Custom Boxes, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

For the custom printed boxes, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is completly defective, damaged, or does not match the approved digital proof.

We only accept return requests in the following situations:

  • The product arrives completely damaged or defective.

  • The product design, size, or specifications differ from the approved digital proof.

  • There is a manufacturing error or printing mistake.

If your order falls into one of the categories above, please follow the return process below.

2. Return Process

For return, you must contact to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A copy of the digital proof (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will take 2–3 business days to review it. If we approved it, then we will send you the return instructions, including the address to which the item should be sent. Do not return any products without prior authorization.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because all our packaging are custom made to order, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products without valid damage or error claims

  • Orders that match the approved design and specifications

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage

  • Sample orders

Please carefully review all proofs and order details before final approval and production.

4. Refunds and Replacements

If your return is accepted on the basis of above mentioned terms then we offer two options:

a. Refunds

A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned items. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the error was on our end.

b. Replacements

In many cases, we will offer a replacement order at no additional cost if the original products were damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Replacement production timelines will vary based on the complexity and volume of the order, but we aim to reprint and ship within 7–12 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, If production has already started or the digital proof has been approved, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Shipping Damage

If your order was damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs of the box and damage. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist in issuing a replacement or refund as needed.
